I am a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach and Reiki Practitioner. Trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City, I studied over 150 different dietary theories. I am certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and has obtained additional Continuing Education Units from Purchase College, State University of New York. After addressing my own struggles with allergies, adrenal fatigue, candida, bacteria, parasites and other digestive disorders, I not only offer my academic training but I also bring my first hand knowledge of suffering with digestive issues to my practice. My struggles are what inspired me to take control of my health and learn what foods were wreaking havoc on my body and how best to eliminate them. My personal experiences with elimination diets include the removal of wheat, gluten and other offending foods.

I specialize in digestive disorders such as Candida, Bacteria, Parasites, H Pylori, IBS, Food Allergies, Acid Reflux, Leaky Gut and all Digestive issues, Immune disorders and Eating disorders. My favorite quote is, " All disease begins in the gut, : Hippocrates, the father of medicine.

I work with individuals and families in person in South Florida, via skype, i chat and by phone.

My practice is based upon Bio-Individuality: every person is unique & has different dietary needs; that no one diet works for everyone. I help people who are suffering from the food choices they are making. I offer health & nutritional coaching to people & families who want to improve their health. I work with individuals and families that are sick and tired of being sick and tired.

The pain was crippling. For 12 years I've been on a quest to relieve the pain in my back. Nothing has helped. Epidural's, cortizone, massage, and accupuncture all failed to give me a good quality of life. It was just a chance meeting which brought me to the Biomat. Marilyn let me borrow one for a couple of weeks. I laid the Biomat down on the floor and made it my ritual to lay on it for 30 minutes twice a day. It was after the 5th day that I noticed "I was pain free". It was the first time in years and it seemed like a vacation. I purchased the Biomat from Marilyn right away. I have practiced this ritual of twice (sometimes once I have to admit) a day meditating and healing on the biomat. I still have good days and bad but many, many more good days then I can remember. I also have to admit that I am guilty of shaving off a few pounds as well.
