Richway Refund Policy

We are proud of the BioMat and Alkal-Life certified, high-quality products and we are certain that they will meet your expectations. However, if for any reason you wish to return or exchange your purchase, we are happy to accept the return under the following conditions:

• a) 100% refund for returns initiated within seven days of receipt of the product minus shipping costs
• b) 70% refund for returns initiated between eight and 14 after receipt of the product minus shipping costs
• c) 50% refund for returns initiated between 15 and 30 days after receipt of the product minus shipping costs
• d) After 31 days, there is no refund or exchange
• A return authorization form must be completed before any returns can be accepted.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before any returns will be accepted. To request and RMA use one of the following options:
